Local Resident Eligibility & Terms
Avalon’s Local-Only Passes are available exclusively to residents of Transylvania, Henderson, Buncombe, and Jackson Counties in Western North Carolina.
✅ Proof of Residency
Passes may be purchased online at any time, but to be redeemed proof of residency must be presented at the park.
Accepted forms of proof include:

A North Carolina Driver’s License or State ID showing a residential address within one of the four eligible counties, OR
-
A current utility bill (power, water, or internet) for an address in one of those counties, plus a second form of official photo ID (license, student ID, etc.)
🔒 Non-Transferable
Once redeemed, passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual listed at the time of activation.
📅 Online Booking Policy
We encourage guests to use our online booking system to reserve time slots in advance — up to three active sessions at a time.
If a guest accumulates three “no-call / no-shows,” their online booking access will be temporarily suspended, and future reservations will need to be made in person at the park at the time of attendance.
